Cancellation Policy

We provide customers with appointment flexibility. If your plans have changed, you can reschedule anytime. But if you want to cancel your appointment, please read our cancellation policy. 

A cancellation notice is required at least 24 hours before your appointment. In the case of same-day appointments, there is a minimum cancellation time of 4 hours before the appointment time.  If you cancel beyond ordinary service hours, just leave a detailed message that includes your name, the address registered for the appointment, and the time of the appointment.

Please note, that if you do not observe these measures, then the service call fee ($90+ HST) will be charged.
